Network Servers

  • Deployment, Service Packs, Operating System Updates, Security patches as NRI and Customer mutually agree are appropriate.

  • Configure anti-virus applications, manage updates and address any Malware issues.

  • Inspect hard drive space and free up as appropriate.

  • Review event logs and respond to errors, etc. as identified.

  • Verify that back-ups are running properly and as scheduled.

  • Test restore of your data to insure that backup is working.

  • Server performance monitoring and tuning.

  • Ensure that Firewall integrity is maintained.

  • Provide solutions for, and address any SPAM issues.

  • Ensure Internet connections & E-mail are operating properly.

Desktop/Laptop PC’s

  • Deployment, general maintenance, defragmentation, scandisk, and disk clean-up.

  • Service Packs, Security patches as NRI and Customer mutually agree are appropriate.

  • Use of diagnostic utilities to analyze PC functions and setup.

  • Verify protocols and client settings are correct and optimized.

  • Check Anti-Virus functionality and reconfigure as needed.

  • Investigate and address any Malware or SPAM issues.

Administrative

  • Provide network documentation that includes network diagrams, hardware settings, updates, passwords, server names, etc.

  • Provide an on-site maintenance log book to track our service support activities.

  • Produce a Findings Report after each visit, outlining results of our activities, problems discovered, and recommended solutions.

  • Level 4 Support provides additional off-hour coverage for any other Level.
